"Son, you're on your own."
Any question that the cowards in the GOP would abandon the thugs they incited to overthrow the government?
Your party. Your pity. Or, how much shit could a dipshit dip, if a dipshit could dip shit? This is one cowboy who got his answer the hard way.

Cowboys for Trump Head Hits Marjorie Taylor Greene For Missing Jan 6 Ruling
Couy Griffin, the founder of "Cowboys for Trump" who on Tuesday was convicted of illegally entering the U.S. Capitol during the January 6 riot, slammed GOP Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene for missing his trial.
After his ruling on Tuesday, Griffin addressed supporters and media outside of the courtroom, where he denounced the conviction and called out several Republican lawmakers for not showing up to the trial.
"I know Marjorie Taylor Greene personally," he said. "I didn't see Marjorie one time around this trial right here that's affecting January 6. I didn't see Louie Gohmert here. I didn't see Matt Gaetz."
He went on to question if the lawmakers believe "they're too good to come down to the federal place where all of this is taking place, or going to the jail where those guys are still locked up."
In a statement to Newsweek, Greene's office wrote: "Congresswoman Greene has been one of the most vocal members of Congress speaking out against the treatment and conditions of January 6th pre-trial detainees. In many situations, these Trump supporters have been treated as political prisoners held in solitary confinement for as much as 23 hours a day. Congresswoman Greene will continue to defend the due process rights of pre-trial detainees."
Griffin, who serves as an Otero County, New Mexico, county commissioner, was also acquitted of a disorderly conduct charge on Tuesday. Both charges he faced were misdemeanors.
He is among hundreds of people who have been charged for their involvement during the January 6 riots—when Trump supporters rioted at the United States capitol to protest the results of the 2020 presidential election. Five people were killed in the riot.
U.S. District Court Judge Trevor McFadden, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, said there was ample evidence that Griffin knew he was in a restricted area and did not leave after he crossed over three walls, the Associated Press reported.

"All of this would suggest to a normal person that perhaps you should not be entering the area," McFadden said from the bench.
He was charged after the FBI received a tip that he posted a video to the Cowboys for Trump Facebook page where ehe said he "climbed up on the top of the Capitol building and...had a first row seat."
"You want to say that that was a mob? You want to say that was violence? No sir. No ma'am," he said in the video. "No, we could have a Second Amendment rally on those same steps that we had that rally yesterday. You know, and if we do, then it's gonna be a sad day, because there's gonna be blood running out of that building."
He is also one of at least 10 people charged in the riots who were either holding a government office at the time or had recently run for one.
Newsweek reached out to the offices of Representatives Gaetz, Gohmert for comment Tuesday afternoon. This story will be updated with any response.
