Tilted kilt, yo cuse' guys.
http://www.tiltedkilt.com/locations/
is the place any good
view
food
etc.
One soon in ROC is why askin
I hope its better than Hooters
plus I would like to see a Twin Peaks in ROC
as for the Hooters that was in ROC long time ago
the view was ok, but the food sucked(and over priced for what it was, paying for that view guessing) and the way building was set up was noisy, as in one could hear every word spoken in the place. Making it hard to hear anything.

I have not been to one but the military boys love the one in Watertown, so I hear. Maybe Sweetina has insight? Personally, I don't honor the Hooters concept; it promotes GPS. I want good food from good servers and the hot ass can have its unrelated place.

Kinda a cross between a Hooters and ( insert national chain here)
Food is standard national chain type food.

OC I think this is what The D fantisizes about after rubbing against you at the club. Keeps him from throwing up in his mouth and causing a scene............

I've been to the one in Watertown a couple of times. The food is horrible but the scenery is great. Plus they have Shiner on tap.

crap, I'm one beer guy. So when this place opens, I hope it has better cooks. As for sure they get the food at the same place.

I'm the guy who likes Hooters wings so for me the food is a step down but the girls are generally a step up...albeit a small step. Think Hooters girls in the 90s

AG- Obviously you're not a culinary expert if you like Hooters wings, which are absolutely awful. With all of the good and even a few great wing places in Western NY, how can anyone in this area ever eat Hoosters wings? I understand the why, it's the how that eludes me. As for the Tilted Kilt the girls keep them alive, for their food like most mid priced chain restaurants, is pedestrian at best.

I'm thinking the Amish guy is located a little south of Upset....
And I'm a pretty good cook... and one of my best recipes is a knock off of the Hooters recipe....

Finding good wings in Pittsburgh is like finding a hot skinny ho under $400 without a passport, or like a winning season for the Bills. And I travel to WNY and have partaken of many wings there as well, gotta tell you they ain't much better, in fact its been many years since I actually had what I would consider to be good wings. That being said, Hooters 3 mile island sauce is da bom, it should be its own food group.

I would say so. I don't mind stopping for a beer and scenery there but I don't eat anything from there anymore. If you're looking for shiner on tap the roadhouse in east syracuse has it and the scenery and the food is actually very good.

Like was said the food is like most national chains.
The one in Watertown has decent atmosphere and how can you not love the uniform? Girls in Watertown are decent but I'll have to check out Syracuse. Should be a step up with the college talent
