“Every single real estate developer everywhere on Earth does this… who lost money? Nobody!… If you’re gonna sue this case and win, you gotta sue every real estate developer EVERYWHERE… This doesn’t even make sense.”
Important to remember no one lost any $$ here. Trump got a loan/paid it back. He gave his opinion on the value of the property he put up as collateral, the bank did its own valuation (they always do, they don't take your word for it) and gave him the loan. Bank made interest $$.

It will be thrown out. The appellate court overruled this assclown judge 4 times and he ignored it. The case will be thrown out on appeal. You can cry yet again. But you have experience since the Mueller case. You’re used to it.
