Is it a NCNS if the provider contacts 30 minutes after the confirmed time?

Some will have different opinions of it but I say Yes....... as she didn't call you before the agreed upon time nor at the agreed upon time to reschedule or cancel or something......... Some will say a NCNS is when she doesnt call you at all.........! Went ghost......

So I drive 30 minutes out to the galleria with its miserable traffic and wait then drive back home to get a text 30 minutes later saying she overslept is then just a No Show? So if she texted the next day that would have been ok too?

If she contacted you after you drove to the incall, waited for 40 minutes and left then yes it's an NCNS. She didn't hold up on her end to see you at the scheduled time. I'd thought she'd contacted you before you got to her incall, my bad.
