Wilson created the IRS, do you blame for what they do now? Why did you all blame Nixon for IRS abuses?
Truman created the CIA, do you blame him for those overseas prisons? Why did you blame Bush when Obama is now the president.
Bush created the DHS (not in the form he wanted though), but Obama is now the president and has been for 4+ years. If anything gets seized now it belongs to Obama and not Bush.
