But I found him!!!! I saw this in the paper today and it was like a gift from the comedy gods!!

Police beat

Wig-store thief in drag, clerk says A Little Rock man was arrested Wednesday afternoon and accused of attempting to steal items from the Peacock Wigs store on South University Avenue while dressed as a woman, police said.

Georrail Williams 19, was arrested at the scene.

So since no picture or the mugshot was available I used my super sleuth skills ...and viola! What are the odds this is him? One of his sites states he is visiting LR,
