Default Establishing Credit

I've been wondering how do ladies establish credit, if you don't have a legit business? I know you can get some credit by paying your phone bill on time, various credit cards, and having someone co-sign with you. Is there any other ways to establish credit?

I read that there are Providers that don't have credit and always have to pay cash for everything or get someone to do a Tote The Note. Then when the lady decides to quit she's left with what she has and no credit established.

Alot of providers on here have said they have civie jobs also so if that's true then they can establish credit. If they are in a cash only business it would very difficult for them and also after they quit the business I would imagine.

Don't know about now, but it used to be all you had to do to buy a house was to provide proof of income, which could be shown through last 5 years tax returns, several months of bank statements showing deposits, subchapter S papers or articles of incorporation and the like. You can hold yourself out as a model, "private" restauranteer, housecall hair stylist. Any legitimate business that works on a cash basis.

Are you kidding? How did you get your first credit card? I had no income, no tax returns filed, and they were more than happy to mail me fifteen credit card applications to my first apartment. All three I filled out gave me a card, with $1500 limits...and so it begins...

I'm sorry to say, that's not a smart lady...

I could not see someone doing well in this industry and not investing in their dreams or not have a dream of legitimizing themselves.

Understandably, some ladies don't fare as well, and the day-to-day alone is hard. And just how poor people do, they make do. If that means having to do Tote the Note cars, and not having the credit to get a mortgage, that's just what that means.

@Flecti, tell these young ladies to do their research. Anything worth having is worth learning about. There is no reason a lady under the age of 30 (yes, I'm making excuses for old broads who didn't grow up in the PC age.) can't find what she needs just by searching Google.

I had a "normal" job before I became an escort and that's how I got all my credit cards to begin with. Once I got my escort license the limits increased on all of them (cause I paid them all off right away). It's easy to establish credit when you claim it. It is worth it to get your escort/business license if you're interested in investing or buying anything.

Tiffany lol!!! Girllllll I swear people are so !@##$$%% lol.

How did I establish credit?? Wakeup is spot on on this one.
They sent me a credit card when I was 17 (yes 17!) and it all started from there with a $300 limit. Anyone can establish credit. You don't need a RL job to do it. Hell I had no job when I was 17 - none! They just sent me one in the mail. If she's having trouble with her credit - I recommend getting a secured card with Capital one. If she's any good with it, after 6 months to a year they will send her a unsecured card. I love credit stuff!

It is probably very smart for providers to have a cover job in the civie world. I am assuming most providers make decent income so i hope they are putting their money away. Sorry, off topic.

If a lady files her income taxes regularly and has the paperwork to prove her income, getting credit is not a problem.
Lots of real world people are self employed and have no problem getting credit, why would it be any more difficult for a provider?

The only thing the CC company cares about is that they will get paid, they don't care where it comes from.

Otherwise I don't think ladies would be able to accept a credit card as payment in this business as some readily do.

Paypal is not longer legal for adult transaction. Yeah TJ will shut this down but it's in their TOS agreement. Those that use Paypal should be very very careful.

Providers have the same philosophy. The only thing that might alter this is their perception that there is more gain in conducting business in a certain manner.

I'm always floored that some providers don't treat the business as what it is...a business. Since day one I have always paid taxes, ( quarterly), established on my tax returns that I am an adult webworker, have put money away for the last many years into an IRA and a ROTH IRA, have a good stock portfolio (and did very well during the dot-com boom, which enabled me to buy/build my own house), established excellent credit scores, and basically did everything the way I would as I do as a personal trainer. I am self-employed at both jobs, so I do pay for health insurance out of pocket as well.
