I'm unsure about daytime on the two-for-one dances. I was in around 7pm. I wasn't even aware of the deal until halfway through the dances when the guy who announces the dancer names said something about it.

The 2 for 1 special is only the first Tuesday of each month. It’s customer appreciation and there are drink specials. Little to no fun is had on these days. The girls don’t like working these days because they make half their profit. And the vip room is usually packed because guys are getting dances.

Little to no fun is had on any other days too because even if the vip room were empty all you'll ever get there is a regular stripper dance...AND the VIP is never empty.
