Default Hilarious 1964 Audio of LBJ Ordering Pants

Everyone knows that LBJ had a rather “earthy” way of expressing himself, but this is pretty funny!

He was talking to Joe Haggar, the founder of Dallas-based Haggar Clothing Company.

Thanks for posting; loved it............

Now our leaders/presidents are ordering up $5,000 bespoke suits...............LBJ was true to his roots....

What do you think a pair of Haggar slacks cost back then ? $9.00 for top of the line ?

that would depend on whether or not you needed the extra nut room added.

Leave it to LBJ to refer to his "bung hole"...

They don't make them like him anymore. The old dickies you could bust open the crotch seam and get a extra inch.

Hey, hey, LBJ
Ridden any wire fences today?

I doubt if a pair of Dickies or Haggar slacks cost 5 bucks in 1966. But, by the time they were customized for Lyndon Bird, ole Joe probably nailed the taxpayers for $20/pair. Nah, they were free.
