I bet all the defendants walk all charges dropped and end up on some random Saturday this fall being flown in to Logan at Craft's cost, checking in to the Westin-Copley, dining in the private section of Legal Seafoods with all the Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Patriots players in Boston and the next day ferried in black limos and end up seated in Craft's personal skybox watchign the Patriots

Market has been going up since Obama ( was in shitter when Obama took over) but it hasn't exactly gone down since this schmuck Trump started. Most portfolios are way up since Trump took over. Year to Date alone has been great. Presidents will always get the credit or the blame and if the market is up the previous party will claim the current President is riding the coat tails of the guy before them and if the market is down the Party in power will blame the preceding President..

Never their win, never their loss but he in the Oval Office will get the credit or the blame is the name of the game.

Time will tell but I saw some program today think was on CNBC that with the numbers historically speaking and given the numbers under Trump no incumbent has ever been voted out of office and short of an indictment or impeachment I think we can look forward to more entertainment. Market did have a small correction last year but in theory call it 5% annually every year no down years I think I would take that deal.. 5% growth equity plus dividends+ fixed income every year would make most investors happy long term. That number is also enough to grow the job markets and Main Street USA; although Team Blue will try to tell the masses they aren't part of the party and Team Red will call it a party from top to bottom. Funny thing is so many say only the rich benefit and others are suffering yet seems today alone I saw ' now hiring' signs everywhere I went. They can stop complaining and get a job

FOSTA who cares. I know there is more to FOSTA than escort boards but the country is still full of pussy for sale, airports still open, passport still valid and no shortage of pussy in the world. I don't think Trump is that great but I do find him entertaining and I can't find a reason to vote him out under the theory ' you only change a losing game' and imho the country is not losing. Most guys don't have pockets deep enough to fight the gov't. What the prosecutors are doing now shows they do not give up.

also why many people are stuck in local jails.. not enough money to bond out. we have a stupid system that puts cash ahead of justice. when a prisoner is due to be transferred from city jail to County Prison, they quickly find ways to get bail "paid".. credit for days served, at a certain dollar amount per day. many of these are jailed for drug possession, scarlet letter shit. your drug is "bad", mine is good, Pharmacy companies rake in millions in profits, because their drugs are good and sanctioned, while your Weed is evil and criminal.

I do not disagree at all with the above that we have a screwed up system but unless charged with a felony and just a simple misdemeanor even on the female side this is an easy I-bond ( if they have them here) or a friend bails you out via a lawyer. I do not think any low level prostitution charge unless in the case of say this Killeen bust given the trafficking or cases where age is taken in to consideration that anyone is being taken from the city jail to county on the early morning bus unless they have outstanding warrants, other charges such as having a non-licensed weapon on them or contraband or did something to violate a probation etc.

In general you are absolutely right the system makes it difficult for defendants to fight if lack funds

I have been kicking ass in the past 2 years, with just a couple bad months, and I am not an expert in stocks or funds.
I have made more money in the past 2 years than I made in the 4 previous years before the Trump took office.
