I have had multiples in varying combinations of F&Ms. Mostly, these ended up being disappointing for me. As you know, LL, I tend to like to focus on one thing or one person, so a group becomes distracting for me. As you say, ADHD maybe.
Anyway, my biggest obstacle is a practical one. If you read Dallas reviews on here, you will see lots of doubles reviews. The total donation for the double is only a bit more than what it would be for a single - I guess the theory must be that the guy is still only getting an hour, and the girls have to tend to the guy somewhat less together than they would if they saw him singularly. But often I see doubles advertised where each girl is intending to charge her regular hour rate, so if you add them together, that just about doubles the cost for the hour. If I would pay $2-300 for an hour, I might pay $350-450 for a double, but I would not pay $5-600 for that same hour. Just my opinion but I don't see it being TWICE as good.
But having said all of that, LL, you are a fantastic companion and if we can ever find someone else as good as you, I would be up for givimg it a try

I've been in a few threesomes with both providers and non providers over the years. I personally feel that threesomes with providers are better because it's a lot less drama. The few threesomes I've been in with civilians always ended up with drama either during or after.
