Sleep Patterns

What time do you go to sleep at night and get up in the morning? I swear since starting to hobby my sleep patterns are kinda jacked up. Got up early today which hasn't happened in a while and was analyzing this on the way to the office.

I've been working nights forever (6pm-6am) so when normal people get up I'm going to sleep ...usually bedtime is around 8am.

Just look at my post history , talk about jacked up ! I typically crash around midnight and get up at 5 am . But there are times I wake up , can't fall back asleep , and I post ! Weekends are usually 3hrs in 2 days sleep . I'll sleep good when I'm dead ! Provided I'm not getting poked with a pitchfork !

I usually sleep from 11pm-5am, but recently made some changes in my diet (juice fasting), and now (4th day in a row) I go to bed at 11 and by 3:30 a.m. I am wide awake.
I guess if it continues, I might as well get up and be productive..

I'm usually asleep by 1030 and awake by 6..... But the occasional hobby appt has me up late or up early.... Nothing like a 5 hour energy.... That shit will keep me up till 3 am no ifs ands or buts about it :-)

Like many of our fine ladies, I see my kiddos off to school, then climb on my computer with coffee in hand, to see what rockerrick has stirred up overnight :-p

I dont sleep much now a days...
Woke up early yesterday...napped most of the day.
By 6pm'ish....i was wide awake until 2am. Then woke up every couple hours until staying up for good at 7am
Went to sleep about 3 this afternoon....and i HOPE i fall asleep soon
Used to take meds for insomnia....never again!! Ambien makes you do CRAZY stuff w/o recollection

I have wicked bad Insomnia so a good night's sleep for me is hit or miss. I envy those who can get 8 hrs consistently.
