Go by your gut feelings when an attractive lady opens the door and how they react to hugs and kisses on first greetings, usually says a lot on how she will act later.

Of course if she is hard on the eyes and not what you were told to expect, just walk.

Yup they rotate all over the US. Tested out a few posting in Buff only to be told they did't rotate to Buff as yet.
