seems like this could be an option if both sides use it, but there are smarter people on here in judging this option.



If you could promote an app for secure communication what app do you recommend? could that app also be used to find each other, (provider and client)?

Use off the grid communications to by pass the government. I do that quite often. But because I dont get the support I feel I should get I wont share publicly. Lol
