There are some providers on here and bp. The girls on bp are new newbie friendly by most parts. But I would only try the ones that post both places.

If Search This Forum is available to you (look in the blue bar, to the right, under the NEW THREAD button), go to the Provider Ads area and search for "newbie" (without the quotes). You'll get both "newbie friendly" and "not newbie friendly" providers, but you can narrow it down from there. You'll basically filter out the ones that don't post a newbie preference.
