East Texas Forum Request
Due to the fact of ... well the size of Texas... East Texas is getting a little annoying with... I dunno checking posts looking for North East Texas and constantly getting Beaumont, or Nacadoches...
granted I know there is no perfect solution to any problem on the internet, i.e. not everyone will ever be always happy ever.
But my suggestion is this Sub segment North and East Texas(which is very miss leading due to the number of South East texas posts) into ;
North East Texas(North/East of Dallas south to I-30 & East)
East Texas (below I-30, Corsicana-College Station & East)
(NEW)South East Texas (everything from roughly south of College Station to Port Lavaca and East, in other words Greater Houston Area(kinda has a ring to it)
Just a suggestion, any input would be greatly appreciated

You're annoyed that Houston suburbs get mixed into Houston?
Most of the states are unfortunate enough to have a single forum for their ENTIRE STATE. There's nothing like visiting a state forum for somewhere you're visiting, looking up a provider that catches your fancy, and she's 1000 miles away from the city you're going to be in.

I think what the OP is trying to convey is that the North East Texas Forum is just too damn big. I am sure it covers more square miles than any other USA Forum. We are aware that the area is subdivided into 4 sections tons at the bottom of the forum for advertising purposes. However, all the other sections (Coed, ISO, Alert, Reviews, etc) are all mixed with info from areas that do not impact some of us. For example, Beaumont is 200+ miles from my current location. Providers post in the Weekend Line up that they will be available. Most times, they fail to list where they are. We then spend time contacting them to only find out that they are no were close. The same for Alerts. An alert in Beaumont has not impact on us in Tyler/Longview. I have nothing against my Beaumont Brothers. I am sure they feel the same about us North Texas Guys. I also bet they get tired of reading about things we are dealing with up here as it does not impact them at all. I am sure someone will prove me wrong but in my year of hobbying, I cannot name one Provider who bounces back and forth between Beaumont (South) and Tyler/Longview/Texarkana (North). If I am correct, Wichita Falls is also part of our area. That are is 250+ miles northwest of my location. This means that Wichita Falls and Beaumont are 450+ miles apart but are sharing information in the Coed, ISO, Alert, etc.
OP, if I am wrong, please clarify!! But I think you might be saying that it would be a good idea of our large forum was divided into 2 or 3 smaller sections inside of Texas.

Well if ladies are posting ads why not put location in the title of the ad. Also to help ladies and gentleman out why not start a thread like Tyler has Now Available....

I have been with several ladies who informed me they never knew beaumont had a forum. I know a lot of ladies who are in Houston who actually come to Beaumont but never post in Beaumont because they don't know to go to the north and east Texas forum. Beaumont should be in the Houston area list. Just a subcategory for providers visiting Beaumont would probably bring more girls to Beaumont

There are really 2 issues with our VERY LARGE "Square Mileage" Covered Board.
1) A large majority of guys in Beaumont will not come to Tyler to see a Provider and vice versa. Yes there are the world travelers that this does not apply too but we that are land locked in our individual towns far outnumber the guys who travel.
2) Although most of us guys understand the logistics of where Beaumont is in relation to Tyler, or Texarkana or Wichita Falls, the ladies just do not. We guys can visualize a map in our head when a town is duscussed. I even picture in my head the roads I would take and about how long it would take for me to get there ... all without using Google Maps. We guys are programed that way. The ladies are programmed different. They think because all of the towns mentioned are North East Texas Board that they must be close to one another.
I don't pretend to know what the solution is? Maybe two separate boards ... North-East Texas and South-East Texas? But then what do you do with Wichita Falls? I would assume it would then also require more MODS?
Not sure what the solution is? I am sure Eccie also looks at the number of players in the various areas or towns. Our current board is roughly the same mileage as Arkansas. They seem to have lots of participation on their board. Something is always happening ... new drama, new providers, lots of local providers as well as those that travel through, lots of communication in the Men's Lounge. Our board can be pretty dead at times. So if you split it into two separate boards, then you have two dead boards instead of one?
I do like the suggestion of pulling Beaumont out of its current board and placing it as a Sub Section in the Houston Board. That does seem to make logistical sense for both Hobbiest and Provider without having the need for additional MODS.
