submitted this question earlier... I haven't heard back on this ....I think this is where I ask the staff questions...

the question: a Provider I know is trying to get back on Eccie.... she has been off for only maybe 2 weeks...
what is the process for her re enty.? she wishes to use the same user name and pw as she used before.......

and by the way... she can't send the staff a message asking this question because she can't log in (she is not on eccie, she has no account, which is required to log in...but she can't because she has no account ......

If she happens to know her eccie handle is should be pretty easy to reactivate the account. Only thing is this request would have to come from her. I'm sure she can send an email and request that her account be reactivated. Should be a simple process. Hope this helps.
