Getting older

As this years ends, a new one starts and on Jan 3, the Aussie turns 47. Bloody hell, I’m feeling it. The dumb shit in my youth has started to creep up. The years of sports, steroids and the other things I’ve done, my body is letting me know everyday.

Well, Year 47 brings a rotator cuff surgery and a meniscus removal on my left knee. Well at least I don’t little blue pills “YET”

So, here’s to the end of 2017 and welcoming in 2018

Had both surgeries you mentioned in the last 2 years. Both will set you back a little, but well worth the pain. Don't forget the physical therapy, it makes a huge difference on your recovery time. Good luck and happy new year.
