Pay by the Hour Motel on Boulder Hwy

I had no idea this was there. Looking for a lunch date - I was going to meet someone at Motel 6 on Boulder Hwy next to Boulder Station, but you can't check in till 3pm and that wasn't happening.

Then the 'friend' I was with told me about this motel. I got 2 hours for $60 with $20 deposit for the remote.

Room and bathroom were okay. Not new, but not old either, very clean shower (no tub), everything worked, A/C looked newish and worked, clean sheets. Tear off the bedspread, I wouldn't trust it as far as I could throw it. But it's a small room, tossed it in the corner.

Damn. I had no idea. Hour rates aren't listed in the front office, I guess it's something you have know about and ask for.

ID required, but no credit card needed - which is the part I care about.

I haven't seen or heard of an hourly rate hotel/motel either. I haven't even thought about it for several years when I used on in the Philippines.

There is or at least was one right on the strip near the Luxor. 35 or 39 bucks for 2 hours.
