Lightbulb ED & food?

After chatting with a provider girlfriend tonight about ED, and the benefits of combatting it with circulation & exercise, I started to wonder whether certain foods could help promote circulation and consequentially help fight ED... Of course, exercise is always a great way to improve circulation, but the food answers were very surprising!

The consensus from every article I read is that if it's bad for your heart, it's bad for your penis. Very informative, and this issue definitely affects quite a few gentlemen in the hobby, so I thought I would share.

Yeah, but Oysters are very hit and miss. Last month I had a dozen at dinner- but only 9 of them worked that night. I still do not know what happened to the other 3.

Lol!! Hilarious.

For the record, "9" is still a very good number. I can work with that.

There is a tea called tea for him they sell here in Hot Springs.
Dried chaga mushroom made into a tea also works.
