Hey guys so i have a question for all of you strip club guys.. My roommate is also a provider and she hasent been having much bussiness so she wants to dance. I went to FR with her a few nights and they were kinda mean to her they only hired her because i went with her they would not even let her get on stage when she did go in but made her pay house fees, I took her over to Flash Dancer tonight and they told her that they are not hiring at all right now which is kinda funny because they have an ad in the stip club mag saying they are hiring for all postions I also took her to the fair and they told her the same thing they are not hiring. So my question is what other clubs do you guys know of that will let her work and really do her job stages and everything? Any help that you guys can give will be very helpful thanks . Oh She is a 22 year old AA lady.

Sorry wish I could help. I have been back to the Dallas area for about 3 years now and only visited one SC here. That may change but knowledge is lacking. I hope she find a good place.

I don't know if you are only looking for Arlington and surrounding area or if Dallas is in the equation. Baby Dolls Dallas and The Club House come to mind. It's been a couple of months since I been though. They always have new faces when I do visit.

In Arlington area, Playmates always needs better girls. That's just my opinion because every time I go in and see the girls I think to myself 'I should just turn around and leave'. That doesn't mean they're hiring but they definitely need a better selection.

Keep in mind, when a strip club claims they are not hiring, it generally means that they aren't looking for the particular look that the girl has. Unfortunately, AA girls tend to get iced out of a lot of clubs here in DFW. Dependant on the manager of the club, they may not want more than 2 or 3 AA women per shift. It sucks, but it happens all the time.

One thing missing is a brief discription of your friend....If she is attractive, thin, great personality you may want to try Cabaret Royale, or Dallas Gentlemen's Club, old Plat II now Onxy.

Being a frequent at strip clubs, I'm finding a constant turnover amongst the dancers. Moving from home base club to trying out others, looking for the club with the money being spent. Also, talking with various managers they have become more selective, since their is ample supply of available dancers.

The clubs that she has tried to go to are famous for hiring anybody that walks in the door. She has been working at peep-n-toms but she would really like to go someplace eles.. as far as how she looks she looks 12 or 13 but is 22 and she is aa she has a great personality and is very likable.. She is on ASPD under Sexy Charizma. She has registered on here but it says that she is logged in but it never really logs her in so she hasent been able to apply for a provider account yet.

This is just a suggestion, but if she were more active on the board(s), her provider business might pick up. There have been more than a few threads from newbies looking for newbie friendly providers, so that might be something she should explore as well. Newbies are unlikely to know all of the places to look for providers and may be reluctant to use bp, so if a newbie is looking for a newbie friendly provider on a board, her best bet is to be an active member.

Is she taking advantage of all the sites to place her ads? Is she pricing herself too high for her level of service?

When a phone is not ringing for escorts, they need to figure out WHY it is not ringing.

When you look at the number of unique reviews being posted here and other sites, that is only a small percentage of the total sessions per day or week so there are guys with cash in hand and hard dick needing to see a girl.

I pretty much do all her ads and booking and screening as she is brand new to this kind of work she is on pretty much everything that i am on and im on everything there is i think..
Also her rates when she started which has been about 2monthes ago started low. She now has decided to NOT have a set rate and is pretty much taking any respectiable offer which there still hasent been any calls. She has a review from one of my regulars and he said he had a great time with her and that hasent helped much either.

From personal experience, I can tell you that a well written p411 profile will both generate quality clientele and higher rates. (I've written several which were successful doing just that and it's a service I will offer to a limited number of providers, sometime in the future, if ECCIE ever creates a business services forum.)

In general if what you are doing is not working, think about what you could do differently and try other things. Name recognition is fairly important. so not having her name appear regularly on the board(s) or not having a p411 profile is a disadvantage. Also, in my opinion, having rates which are not fixed or are too low is not advantageous in the long run. It comes across a desperation instead of a ``good deal'' except perhaps to the types of clients you do not want.

Having read what you posted about her looking very young I now understand why a club will not want her anywhere near the place.

Undercover VICE will harass the club even if she has proper identification and she will also be a high value target for them to nail doing anything wrong in the club at all.

Younger looking girls posting ads on CL and BP are sort of like chumming the waters for sharks and the police go out of their way to nail them even if of legal age.

There IS a segment of the market who seek out the underage looking girls but do you really want to cater to that crowd?

From a woman's point of view:

1) Update her photos and lose the eye makeup! It does nothing for her beautiful eyes and face and only detracts from her beauty. Just good and suttle makeup would work so much better for her.

2) Don't offer "upsale" for GFE (I noticed in her ad that kissing is extra). Have her come to a price that would be inclusive of GFE kissing and such.

That's really it. She is a beautiful girl.

I have tryed to explain to her about the make-up thing but she doesnt want to listen so I will be taking her to MAC in the next week or so so that they can teach her what will compliment her features. She is also already on P-411 and has been for a while. She has alot to offer just having a hard time getting started. Kissing is included in her GFE session and is not extra. She as do i have 3 different sessions. A basic a gfe and an all inclusive gfe all which offer different levels of service the gent can pick which one he would like with the services that he would like to have.

This is my personal opinion, but I agree with Cassidy Blue: One price/GFE. I'd add that it could be a YMMV thing depending on factors such as hygeine, but multiple rates for different services (and even different sites) were a real turn-off for me. I never booked a provider for whom GFE (preferably very YMMV) was not the way she worked. A provider can't be everything to everyone, so (again, IMO), the best strategy is to do one thing well and target those clients looking for what she does well. In addition, I always booked multiple hour sessions, so I looked for providers who appeared to prefer that over several one-hour sessions by looking at the way they scaled their rates with the number of hours booked. For example, if someone had a rate of $$.5/hour but a rate of $$$$$/3 hours, I assumed that she was more interested in seeing fewer clients for longer periods of time (I also asked what she would accept such that I would be her only client on the days I visited and tended to choose those providers who would accomodate me, but I was somewhat atypical in what I wanted.)

I think the key is for her to decide what she is comfortable doing and then to set a single price (which is not too low) to attract a particular type of client who wants what she is offering.
