Hi Cato,
I had the same issues when starting out. My approach has always been as follows: reach out to the lady that you're actually interested in ultimately meeting. Explain your situation and start a dialogue. Remember to be respectful of their time and ask if there are any particular providers that might help them "approve" you or put a feather in your cap, so to speak.
Offer a way for them to contact you (I.e. Actually talk to you and hear your voice and interact with you on a semi-personal level). I feel as though a lot of ladies actually still use their gut instinct as a starting point. They still might need a reference, but a conversation goes a long way at time;s if you're honest and cordial, respectful, and charming doesn't hurt....
A few other things.
Don't be a dick!!!! On here or in your personal interaction with providers; even if the answers you receive aren't necessarily what you want to hear at the moment.
Be involved and active on the board. Your longer term presence is sometimes helpful and gives the ladies a sense of your character and how you interact with others.

I'm really not trying to be a dick by repeating this to you, nor an I attempting to suggest anything in regards to your actions; I did NOT go back and read any of your previous posts or research you in any way. I guess I'm just saying that the providers are ladies and deserved to be treated as such regardless of the situation in which you hope to meet them. I think you'll find some pretty intelligent, engaging, and amazing ladies on here.
