The ISO forum just doesn't seem appropriate for my ISO

Hi board. So, I let my palace go this week. I'm ready for a new, updated, and anonymous play space. I had a great thing a while back, it was renting a master bed/bath for $600 a month. I'd love some thing like that again but I'd consider other suggestions. Who needs a roommate that is seldom there (2,3, maybe 4 times a week, workday hours 90% of the time.) Low volume, seldom do I see new suitors these days, north or south, but west of Lamar. I have furnishings, don't commit felonies, am very discerning....... Anyway, does anyone want a roommate? I don't want to share with more than one other provider and I don't want to share with anyone who does more than 5-7 hourly(at minimum) appts a week.

ps. I seek long term or short term, but I prefer stability in general.
