Adding more to recommendation in a review?

Some guys have reviews that add a bit more than a yes or no at the end.
An example is Heck Yes !! or similar....
How can I do this? I cannot seem to figure it out......

A reviewer can edit his review for an hour after it is posted, so the first option would be to go back in and change your default "Yes" to something more expressive. The second option comes into play if you exceed your edit time frame and in that case you send the requested changes to a local moderator and they can edit it for you.
