This is messed up and funny at the same time.... you a cop and u leave your shit including your clothes...runs out the house nekked...calls the POPO. ..and u a cop and NEKKED!!! I guess he didn't think to call one of his boys to get some clothes....Damn shame..... Well he just blew his chance of becoming an informant. Did I mention that this is a damn shame..

I'm gonna guess because he wasn't intentionally nude. He was naked because he was fleeing
from the robbers. Kinda like if your house catches fire and you have to run out naked to keep from being burned up. I don't think you'd be charged then. If so that would be messed up wouldn't it? Your house burns down and you get thrown in jail for indecent exposure/ public lewdness!

man, it's terrible that he's exposed like this but if the tables were turned and he was the arresting officer i wonder if he would of showed any sympathy/empathy to the hobbyist who had been robbed.

In all honesty, I wonder why he didn't just get help and report his stuff as stolen and move on instead.
