Practical Issues
I am a professional, upper middle aged man who has been living with a younger retired high price escort. I frequently attend events and dinners which many businessmen, clients and would be clients also attend.
The former escort has been with me for less than a year. She attends many of the functions that I attend. She still dresses provocatively and attracts attention. It also seems that we routinely run into men who had been her clients. In some cases that connection has cost me business and the news of this matter has been a negative gossip point that has hurt me.
I am not sure if this type of thing will go away.

You left out how she has slipped off behind your back to fuck some of these former clients for free as they had a much bigger cock and know how to please a woman. All while you are paying for everything.
I must say though that your scenario is pretty surprising. A rational person would have never seen this coming. You idiot. I'm sure these are just a couple isolated incidents.
I mean hell, they only fuck maybe 400-500 different guys a year, so you're not looking at more than 2,000 guys they could run into. You'll probably win the lottery before you face the fact of this happening at least once a week for the rest of the time you are with her.

I sympathsize with you. In hobby there is no love only timed intercourse. It is a business for someone, for some it is a pay for living from one day to another for some a leisure. Your situation is unique. Without getting into detail move on. Do not get ruined.
I have met someone once who was madly in love and she moved on with another client and now settled. And now I have met another one and who wants to support her family and her education by hobbying.
