IMMIGRATION REFORM - DEATH KNELL FOR CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATISM
"Peter Wehner has pointed out, Mitt Romney would have defeated President Obama had the demography of the U.S. been the same as in 1980, assuming that he would have done as well, in that context, as he did with each major demographic group in 2012. Indeed, Romney would have run better than Ronald Reagan did in 1980.
One hopes that Republicans will bear this in mind when considering new immigration reform legislation that further transforms the electorate. But big business wants this legislation for its own purposes, and some Republicans think there may be short-term gain in it for the Party, and that seems more than sufficient to trump concern (if any) about the long-term viability of conservatism in America."

How soon before the Constitution is killed by "demographics," you ignorant bastard?
I'll mark the date on my calendar and throw a big old shindig! And I'll invite every demographic I know, including those who weren't allowed any rights when the fucking constitution was handed down from Mount Sinai!

Legalizing 20 million "citizens" to vote is what will kill conservatism and the constitution.
But it will swell the ranks of Progressivism with it's agenda of dependency, debt, regulation, and wealth distribution/destruction.
Liberty and freedom be damned.

Thanks, Assup, for confirming what most of us here already knew, you America-hating, ignorant bastard. No wonder you're in love with O'Blunder...you're just like him.

@EXTXOIL............when a liberal says they are patriotic and love America, it is a lie...in reality they "love America" so much, want to fundamentally transform us into something no one will recognize as America and a state where Government controls you......

When a conservative says they love America it just means the people in their club.

Dear YAPPY LAP DOG,
Waiting for the death of YOUR style of conservatism -- as prediected by OP, Nostra-dummus --doesn't make me Anti-America. But, dipshit, your style of "my way or the highway" conservatism, wrapped in a Made in China American flag, is horribly and offensive Anti-AMERICAN!
You keep pushing your "own" thread, a rant by an extreme right wing clergyman. You seem genuinely astounded that there would be Jewish TEAPUKES! Outside of the Sandbox, that is.

I love this argument. Only white people should vote! Further evidence of the utter cluelessness of you and the rest of the whackadoos.
Shit changes halfwit. You either adapt, or you become irrelevant. And, as you so clearly point out, the GOP ain't gonna adapt.

From someone with a lengthy knowledge of "conservatism" and the education to back up the knowledge, the only thing really killing "conservatism" is the current brand and careless use of the term. It's a contrived definition built to suit a few narrow minds that get their thoughts from an equally narrow channel.
I'll stick with what I learned from Barry Goldwater . . .
