ECCIE has revamped itself as more of a social networking site and discussion forum as anything else, and specifically has disavowed its original purpose as an escort marketing and advertising site. That's why there aren't any "Provider ads", there are only "updates" (weekly and weekend), why there are no "Reviews", only "encounter reports" (which do not contain information about donations or session length*, why there is no ISO forum, (IMHO) why there is no "available now" forum (well, certainly another reason not to bring it back), and so on.
To get to the question posed by your subject line, guys looking for recommendations or information about providers can post an inquiry in "Coed Discussion", but there isn't a separate forum for it.

*It's struck me that by the terms of how the encounter reports are set up now, guys could, if they wanted to, post reports of picking up women in bars or off the street (not referring to streetwalkers there) and having intimate relations with them for no consideration changing hands.
