Preferred 411 Ad

I have previously always had good luck with providers that use P411. I saw a new listing yesterday where the provider requested that clients use the P411 request an appointment instead of calling, then wait for a response on P411 to call. I followed those instructions and she looked at my profile which is a plus 7 approval rating. Then nothing. I thought maybe she was busy and submitted a second request. Same story.

Any one heard of any this before?
