I have known many judges since I was a child, and found very few deserving of respect. However, during oral arguments on President Obama's unconstitutional action of making recess appointments while the Senate was still officially in session, Chief Judge David B. Sentelle said the following:
“Forget about a century of precedent — go back to the Constitution,”
DAMN STRAIGHT! WOO-HOO! When stare decisis or precedent is unconstitutional, forget about it! Good job, Judge Sentelle!
