Law enforcement sources confirm that the suspect in the Waukesha parade incident is a 38-year-old domestic abuse suspect who just posted $1,000 cash bond in a domestic abuse and bail jumping case on Friday. The suspect, a black male, also faces charges of recklessly endangering safety and possession of a firearm by a felon from an incident in July 2020. While he was awaiting trial on that case, he was arrested for domestic abuse this month and STILL allowed to post bail.

“In the case this month, a woman told police Brooks purposefully ran her "over with his vehicle" while she was walking through a gas station parking lot after he had followed her there after a fight,”

Court documents confirm Darrel Brooks was observed first driving slowly and then sped up to hit parade participants in Waukesha. Also the criminal complaint reveals he made "no attempt" to slow down and drove in zig-zag pattern to hit more pedestrians. And yet the judge still allows this terrorist / mass murderer to be released on $5 million bail if he can get it posted
