Where's the lie in the story? Palestinian Christians face persecution everyday in Gaza and the West Bank, this is common knowledge.

This had nothing to do with being Christian and Christmas. These were protesters from the Palestinian National Initiative attempting to approach an Israeli checkpoint wearing Santa Claus suits. The response is absolutely predictable considering how many IDF have been killed by suicide bombers.

If the Israeli government does something bad then the news reports it, that's real news.

If Israel does something bad and the news doesn't report it accurately or at all, that's propaganda. The propaganda you see on all mainstream news shows.

Israel doesn't need media outlets to make them look bad, they're doing it quite well on their own.
