How to un-clogg pipes?

I have a main pipe that is clogged. I'm not much in DIY when it comes to projects like this one. But google and youtube is no help either. I did see one youtube video that has a Kirby and or Hoover hose on the pipe. I guess helping the DrainO that was poured down the pipe. Either way I'm needing the Kirby or Hoover to get this project done. My shop vac blew a fuse today. Any help in finding this would be much appreciated.

I use air compressor to blow out PVC pipes. If pipes r real real old just b easy.

Ain't it frustrating not being able to unclog that Damn pipe?
Been asking the same question for a while now and no success.
Hopefully I'll find a working hoover when i get there next week. LMAO!!

Put your lips around the hole and blow
Just make sure that pipe doesn’t blow back at you
