I highly recommend THE JOINT in dallas. I recently had an issue and went to a chiro in OKC who could not fix it. I went to THE JOINT in dallas and that chiro immediately fixed my problem. The visit was only $19! I was paying $50 for my chiro here.

The JOINT has locations all over Dallas too.

Danni, I am not a professional but I think I could rub u and make u feel better. Oh and I would rub your shoulder. I have strong hands and take direction well. Sometimes your scapula gets a little out while doing lifts. It has happened to me often. Rest and a nice man to rub the area could help. If it persists a round of Medro Dose Pack can get rid of the inflammation. IJS

Don't rule out acupuncture. Its the only thing keeping me flying with my back. Never had any success with a chiropractor..

I thought all of this acupuncture stuff was hocus pocus until I had the worst neck pain and tried it...if I remember correctly, it cost about $300, which I know was excessive, but it worked....
