Yeah, well I enjoy it. Just happen to get a violent tenant last night upon investigating a complaint. THank goodness I sit pretty high in my truck so he couldn't reach me

I carry pepper spray when I visit tenants. I don't have my CCW permit yet, been considering it, but I'd really hate to get in a firefight.
