Will Lance Armstrong confess?
Last week's report, all of his sponsors have deserted him, he resigned from his own LiveStrong Foundation yesterday.....is there anything left but the usual celebrity mea culpa "I have sinned" so he can get his mojo back and go on making millions?
So, will he issue, or make, a public statement where he confesses and begs forgiveness?
The evidence is overwhelming that he doped and he's now been lying about it in the strongest possible terms for well over a decade. Would anybody care if he apologized?
I hate that he cheated. It was totally cool to have an American whipping ass on the uppity Euro-biker types.
Discuss.

Not only Armstrong cheated; but apparently the entire American team !
They (Armstrong and his ilk) are a disgrace to our country.

No, Armstrong is too arrogant to admit he was the ringleader...if he does say anything, it will be to minimize his involvement.
The entire American cycling team should be banned from international competition for 5 years.

The above would (rightly) be regarded as anti-American if I had said it.
I did find it strange that the Ryder cup did not deserve any friendly congratulations from our cousins on this forum.
I am always happy to handle any cute American asses.

What the Europeans did in the Sunday comeback of the Ryder Cup was astonishing...... Congratulations to Olazabal and the Team Euro. This year's Ryder Cup was the very best of international sport competition....unlike the seedy world of international cycling.

You must not follow golf. The Euros have been trashing us for years in the Ryder Cup.

Here is an American ass I have been trashing for years. I adore American (asses).
It wasn't always so in Ryder cup. I think as more Europeans joined the US tour, it toughened them up a bit.

It seems to be a truism that the liberal democrat value system gives them the sense of entitlement (including cheating to win).

Armstrong stole the Tour de France seven times from the rightful winners. Screw him.

it was claimed that Armstrong used blood tranfusions to replace his blood with new clean blood before tests.

They are claiming a lot of things. I don't think he'll admit it because his sponsors are asking for their money back.
This is what I don't like: There's got to be a statute of limitation on this. You passed the test they can't come back 10 years later and take away your rewards/awards.
There are doing it with Reggie Bush and his Heisman, Joe Paterno and the Penn State Bowl wins, various male and female US Olympians, Lance Armstrong...the list goes on.
Those people won. They were supposedly tested and/or vetted in various ways. Others who won or placed were tested and/or vetted and failed. Some immediately, some it may had taken a couple of months.
Don't come back 10 years from their victory and vacated it because the reality is your organisation was turning a blind eye to what was actually happening and you didn't want it to affect YOUR pocketbook. Bullshit.
