I thought Justin Bieber was Bill's son? Then again, Bill has always said he was shooting blanks. At least that is what Dolly Kyle Browning, Jaunita Broderick, Paula Jones said that he told them. I wonder who Chelsea's real father is? Maybe that will come out in 2016.
