I would totally agree to an 'arrangement' with an exclusivity clause if the price was right (and I am very reasonable ), in a heartbeat. I suspect for a sufficient monthly check, all but a very few escorts would be willing to do so. However, like all exclusive relationships, money only goes so far. Eventually, something else sours the deal. But drop $20 - 30k a month plus an apartment on the table and watch them line up. Hell, I might line up for that.
