I pass by this place all the time. Never tried it. I've had good luck at the one in Highland across the Mid-Hudson bridge, down the road and near a gym, on your way to New Paltz. It looks like a pink shithole from the outside but is pretty decent. Last time I went they said the table shower was broken so I haven't been back in a while.

Also, I don't know if InSpa (near Heaven) is still active? I don't see their signs up anymore.

Inspa is still active. Heaven used to have horrible old women. Let’s see if it gets back on track. I went to the one in highland long ago and turned around once I saw the workers.
