I'm sure this is a really dumb question but where do I go to submit a review for a provider?

Obviously a newbie on here but want to start contributing info when I can

We were all new once. Don't pay any attention to the previous comment. I had the same problem back when.

Go to the Independent Providers Reviews in the state the meeting took place if it was an independent provider.
Up near the top in blue boxes you will see New Thread & New Review. Click on the New Review box and you are set to go.

Also be aware that the new review button is not visible in the mobile site. You have to use the full site.
