Default Is this an LE "provider" ad?

I'm posting in the event that caution is needed with these ads - there are a lot of them that are using 1) same or similar copy, 2) gmail addresses that weirdly seem like they were written by the same person, 3) the same webtool - wixsite.com, and a bizarre lack of info, e.g. no reviews anywhere. Is this an LE "honey pot?"

I've found them as typical (these days) sparse backpage ads with links to Twitter or Instagram, etc. accounts (that part seems ok) and links to "personal websites." Not just denver backpage - they seem to be all over the country. It seems so odd that I'd find so many ads with almost identical copy all on wixsite pages with gmails that look like 'sexy.wonderful.jane' and No reviews on TER, ToB or eccie. I don't get it. Any explanation or previous eccie thread addressing this would be appreciated. It is a slick enough ad that I was going to toftt but I got spooked when I found so many others.

How to find what I mean: I copy-pasted a part of a sentence into google: "bad sessions: the woman lacked emotion" -- it's just a random part of a sentence I copied from one of the wixsite provider pages. Google it with quotation marks. You will get a few results, but scroll to the bottom and click the "repeat the search with the omitted results included." You'll find 30 entries of this type of 'provider personal site' -- all over the country. Some of them are dead (some with google cached pages) but every one that you can look at has no reviews, similar copy, a wixsite webpage and an email with different names & descriptors but the same format@gmail.

Here are two from the current Denver backpage: http://denver.backpage.com/Therapeut...elief/50737242

http://denver.backpage.com/Therapeut...st-49/49593497 -- It really looks like the same guy wrote both of these ads and the websites they link to.

If even some of them had reviews I'd just drop this, but am I missing something?

any thoughts appreciated . . .

If it IS LE you just told them their mistake(s) and I am sure they will do better

My guess would be some kind of scam, maybe trying to get you to sign up for something, such as a cam show.

Often times, if you see a phrase repeated that way all over the internet, where google will hide the extra, it can either be many caches, as you described, or the work of scraper sites - which may or may not be LE related.

One example is on TER. A particular handle might post a comment. Today it is on page 1, tomorrow page 5, the next day page 8, and so on. Google will cache each of those instances, and that one comment will show up 3 (or more) times. You can disregard some of that.

However, if you see TER reviews, copied verbatim, on one of those stupid monkey sites - well, you might not want to follow the imposter, as the info could be old, outdated, etc.

You might find readings on DARPA Memex quite interesting, and eeerily related.

Your other suggestions are astute. Trust your gut. If it feels "off", don't pursue it.

Now that I've looked at it more I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. But it looks like it doesn't ring a bell with anyone here and it is a lotta trouble for any of you to go thru the steps I've suggested.

It does not look to me like it could be scraper site work - these are all individual websites with different URLs, dozens of them. Not multiple examples of the same wording from different pages. Not the same site cached more than once. There are different photos, all faces blurred. The fact that they all have similar template gmails and all use wixsite means the origin, whatever it is, is the same for all of them. I still am unable to find a review for any of these backpage ladies. I don't see how any of them could be legit. So what are they?

@KevinMDOK - in all cases there's that email to contact them with. For me it's too risky. I guess I could make a new email thru a VPN, but I probably won't do it.

@instfixer - yeah, unfortunately you are right. I thought someone would have heard of this and could explain it to me so I posted the question. I'll stop. And thanks for at least considering the possibility.

Most of us avoid the backpage massage section for obvious reasons. Until there's an explanation for this whole thing I would suggest really, really avoiding any backpage ad with a wixsite personal page and and an email with the pattern sexy.wonderful.jane@gmail.

Here is my reply I posted to you in the Denver forum where you originally posted this question:

While LE has infiltrated BP (and other adult forums) and places ads on BP, I seriously doubt that they would take the time to design up a complete website.

Most BP ladies rarely get reviews on the forums.

Since BP made changes last year to the way the ladies can post, the result is that the ladies have to post a web site or social media links. Most of the ladies have just posted fake social media links. This also includes the AMP's.
