This might get moved to ISO, but I didn't want responses from the same 5 or 6 girls who respond to every request. I know a lot of men have issues with lasting, I may be among the leaders in that category. My physiology doesn't help in that the head is large in comparison with the length of shaft. I am looking for a woman who will coach me through a session, no IOP is necessary for this. If you are "tight" do not apply. Someone who is flexible and willing to do a little coaching. I am able to make two "attempts" within a fairly short time period. If you think you can help, send a PM or respond here. Let's break that elusive 5 minute (ok, 3 minutes would probably be a record too) barrier!

I've been pretty successful in helping guys work on "PE". (I am pretty tight, so make not make your cut)
For the guys that I've encountered with this issue, it really isn't about penetration . It involves patience on the part of the provider as well as work on your part...home work too. There isn't a quick fix for this and it isn't something to attempt to fix in one session either.

Are you are looking for someone that understands the medical and psychological aspects of this problem and work towards a goal of prolonging sexual pleasure OR is your real goal just get to off twice?

Getting off twice has never been a problem. If I was just about getting off, I could probably do a third time inside of an hour. I was just looking for someone to have a session where the goal was to see if I could last longer. All of my sessions have always been about the GFE, the IOP. I just want to try a session where it is about extending the act, I am not expecting a miracle cure, just trying to see where the edge of my "envelope" is.

If any guys have had a problem like mine and you have found some help, I'd be interested in hearing about it. I have never tried Cialis or Yiagra or any desensitizing cream like KY Duration. Any info on any of these would be appreciated.

Be careful what you wish for.... the grass is always greener, right? I have the exact opposite problem, I can last forever, but can only cum once. Would love to cum multiple times....

You should go to a provider whom you find very hotttt and have her do the stop/ start technique!! It will make it more challenging but a lot more effective!!

Often PE is more in the head (the big one) than anywhere else. Antidepressants have a "side effect" in this area. You on your back instead of missionary helps (as in helps learn what's going on.) The start stop technique is awesome if you can find someone willing to do it with you - I imagine it's a lot of work for the provider. And I think you should work more on L1 / L2 - getting comfortable and opening communication. It also helps learn when you are getting close and be able to stop. L3, things happen pretty fast and it can be over before you realize you were too close to stop.

Just my thoughts - I have no provider recommendations in the area.

Try rubbing one out in the car right before heading into the appointment - you know like clearing the chamber of that first accidental shot. Just dont tell her about that maneuver - it might be seen as making her work harder.

The real problem starts when you still shoot fast for the first, but can no longer stay hard for the second - sigh.

if you dont care about levels.. try Terralyn or anyone else familiar with edging. holding on for so long and having the one release is more satisfying then getting to L2 or L3 sometimes.

Cialis, etc usually prolongs it, not sure that would extend the time very long, for you, though.

Have you practiced bj edging first, to get some serious control, before trying it with penetration?
