As you may know, Rick Parry held a press conference a couple years back to deny he was having a gay affair with his Secretary of State, Geoff Connor.

Nobody had accused him of it publicly. The people didn't know WTF he was talking about.

However, the rumors were flying through the halls of the Capitol and several people (anonymous, of course) said the action was witnessed by a couple of staffers AND Anita Perry.

The entire incident is pretty well accepted as having happened by members of the Legislature, staff and lobby.

Now, however, the story is out nationally, and knowing Parry like we do, you can bet he'll have to publicly acknowledge it with a statement that could complete his road back to Hicksville.

Larry Flynt has offered $1 million to anybody willing to go on the record about having a sexual encounter with Perry.

In another week or two, I'm sure the offer will be null and void, just like Parry's candidacy.

I can't stand Perry any more than you 'sup but what does it say if nobody steps forward to collect the million bucks? Do you think Perry is paying his exes more than a million to keep quiet? I'm inclined to believe that even as he loses the nomination, he will be able to clear his name as far as all the sex allegations go.

I oppose Perry based on his policies and find it odd that his unsubstantiated sexual past would be an issue on this board of all places. I didn't care about Clinton's sex life and I don't care about Perry's.

I don't care about his sex life either. Butt ... the people to whom he panders and whose favor he's so vigorously courting care. A LOT! Enough in fact to sign pledges, march on state capitols and BOO an active serviceman serving in the Middle East who asked a question about the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell on the GOP debate.

It's hard for you to maintain that you don't care when you bring it up almost every single time Perry's name is mentioned. I've read your references on here about him being gay at least 10 times in various posts so I'm not sure how much credibility you have saying

Diver, you've got a much better chance of getting him to blow you than you do of him doing any one of the things you listed.

In fact, his reign as Governor has resulted in higher unemployment, an illegal state deficit (they call it a shortfall) and the threat of sending the troops to Mexico!

Besides, unlike his predecessor in the Governor's Mansion, he can't even pronounce those three things, let alone propose solutions to them.
