Gas and inflation affecting the hobby?

Just curious if you mongers are booking less appointments and are you providers seeing less appointments due to the high gas prices and inflation in general. I’ve noticed some new girls in the Studio section but not many new reviews on them. For me, it’s $80 in gas just to drive down to Dallas and back and I’ve been averaging 4 trips a month since Jan. (Was $45 in Dec). If gas goes higher, might start booking hhr instead of hr, lol.

i imagine it will if it hasnt already. extra money being spent may give some guy's SOs suspicion. in my case 85 to fill up one vehicle, then today my other vehicle was 52., i cant support 3 women that want me to come see them at 3 bills a pop for an hour every week. gas is expected to rise more. everything is up, the only thing to do would be to bring prices of other things down. lumber went up, then down a little, but didnt return to its original price. but if people hold firm and dont buy, prices will go down. thats harder for things like gas and groceries. i think people are being more careful with their money because they dont know whats going to happen.

Totally agree. I think I may come down there 1 or 2 times a month instead of 4. I’m combining my trip Thursday, getting a 2 hr massage then 1 hr with Boa.

i drove 250+ miles over the weekend = 5 gallons of gas.
even if it hit $5/gal, i'm doing ok.

and be glad you're not in california, canada, or other parts of the world (except where they have ooooodles of oil and refineries)

I’m all for that, but I (and others) need a truck for work. Just curious if there were less bookings because I’m seeing less reviews lately. Plus I’m seeing Boa Thursday and I could only find 3 reviews on her since January.

speculating on my part but if funds are limited then some guys may want to spend their money more wisely and make the best choice for themselves. If they have a hint that they may not have a good time with a particular girl, they may go to the girl they KNOW they will have a good time with. some of it could be that they are in a particular mood for a certain girl too. im hoping my trip happens this week when i go see nana. too much bs happening lately.

That is true about providers not giving a shit. If you see providers and are spending the money that actually should go to feed your family and/or pay your monthly bills, you really should not be contacting providers or hobbying at all. There is lots of free porn online or you can live vicariously through those who wish to review their experiences.

Just like you want a provider to give 100% effort in a session she sets an appointment for, and leave her personal issues at the bedroom door that would prevent that, do not expect a provider who gets paid to see you to feel sorry for you and your financial situation and give a deep discounted pity fuck. This is not the avenue you want to go down if you barely make ends meet living paycheck to paycheck.

With the Russian oil import ban, I think gas prices will hit $6 a gallon or maybe more by this summer.

See how silly it sounds? For the ladies, this is a business. Walmart doesn't care about your financial situation. Kroger doesn't care about your financial situation. The gas stations very visibly don't care about your financial situation. But because you're having sex with a provider, she is supposed to be different? While I care about my regulars and tend to be quite generous with my time and grandfathering old rates-- if someone cannot see me at the lowest rate I offer, then we aren't a match at that time. That doesn't make me uncaring--

The best option is to select ladies that can give you what you want at a price that doesn't put you in a financial bind. That's how commerce works. For one guy-- that means looking for $200/hr. For another, that means $400/hr.
