Well. I am not sure how to enter the ROS when posting. Looked through the help section and there is no guidance

Go back out from this report and go back into the encounter section and you'll see a button at the top that says New Encounter Report. When you click on that, it'll open up a template to fill in. It looks to me like you followed the template, but some how the ROS became public....and still is. The mods will most likely fix it and make the ROS private. I've sent you a PM btw.
