I have a spreadsheet of the top 20 escort incall agencies in Toronto. Rates have been confirmed either direct with the agency, from escorts at the agencies or in many cases confirmed by both. Since incalls were decriminalized, the agencies have opened many across the Toronto metro area and are very busy.
Pricing at the 20 agencies is almost all within $10 of each other with most having a fee of $250/hour with the escort getting $150 and the agency getting $100. These are of course in $CDN so, $CND250 = about $US195/hr.
In Toronto, agencies work with police if any problems instead of fear them.
Many are run by former escorts, are close with their companions and have a huge selection of full body measurements, pictures and zillions of reviews on the huge honest sites such as terb.cc where reviews don't have to be juicy and with sex acts to be posted like TER! Many of the same agencies offer outcall which has always been legal. Other agencies only offer outcall. Rates for outcall are similar to incall but include a fee of about $20 for the driver. If the escort starts her shift from home, the driver picks her up at home and takes her to customers hotel or home. He returns and calls the escort at about the 50-minute mark to remind the escort only has 10-minutes left. Even if a little over the driver seldom calls back since know escort is finishing up, saying goodbye and maybe takes a fast shower if has another customer to go to directly.
If a gal hasn't returned to the driver in say 10 minutes late driver calls. again. If unable to get the escort on the phone the driver will go and knock on the room. It is very rare that this has to happen but if there is no answer, or senses some problem depending on hotel relationship will contact hotel security.
Or, if a serious concern will call the police, which I have never heard has been needed. Unlike in the U.S. escorts and agencies have no worry about calling the police for any potential problem.
'Such a difference without the legal issues. In the U.S. all sorts of bad thing can go wrong with bad clients since the police would be the last resort. Bad clients know it will not be reported to the police in the U.S. I hear from many Phoenix escorts that are robbed, assaulted or given fake money in Phoenix but would never report to the police.
