Post Healthy bowel function
Hey folks. Ive been having quite a bit of problems with my bowels recently. I decided to try an expirement.

For 3 weeks, I had a mostly healthy diet. I drank no alcohol. I only had diarrhea on 2 days. Then I started drinking again and ate some burgers and chicken wings and my bowels acted up.

So there you have it. Lifestyle decisions control bowel function more than you think.
