Password managers help out with the complex guys. If you can use it, Yubikey is a hardware form of 2 factor authentication that kind of works like Google authenticator but you need the hardware to access the keys. It's supposed to be more secure than 2fa from texts. Sound like overkill but if you really need to protect some info, getting a password manager and.hardware authentication will help you out.
