Can you post a NCNS provider review?

I've been wanting to ask this for a while now. I have had quite a few legit, ECCIE reviewed and WELL KNOWN PROVIDERS flake out, NCNS on me recently. That fact that we never got to meet is reason enough for me to want to review and post to other hobbyist that this provider is a flake. I recently had a provider I communicated with for an entire day back and forth, just to have her cancel last minute and agreed to call next day then flake out completely. PM me for the identity of this provider.,
Tried several time the next day to contact via email to no avail. No response, no apologies, nothing.

If it were a hobbyist having done so we'd have gotten irate calls or nasty messages, but a provider who might do so does not get a reprimand for flaking out and wasting our time as hobbyists?

By all means, YES please post a thread about the NCNS(s) you have experienced.

ECCIE policy is that threads about NCNS are to be placed in the Co-Ed Discussion area of the board.

This way the provider can respond to the thread. As it previously worked, this wasn't allowed since providers can't post in review forums.
