The first thing a new provider needs to do is post the welcome thread, which I noticed you just did some time ago. You are allowed one thread in the welcome forum, use it to get in touch with the guys who are likely going to reply to that thread. Also, please keep all of your replies on that thread and do not create new threads in that forum.
After the first few days, and when you have received a few reviews, then you need to ask for verified status.
Verified Provider process for ECCIE (Please Read)
Once you are verified, you will be able to post one ad every seven days in up to five different cities, and one ad in the weekend lineup. I hope this clarifies the process for you, but if you have more questions, feel free to ask them.
